Description

Body, mind, and spirit are the embodiment of oneness and are inseparable from each other. Spirit manifests to experience life and reaches its highest potential through cultivation. Without a healthy body, the spirit can never reach its foremost potential for growth. Shen, or spirit, also reflects the natural law that everything happens for a reason. Spirit must decide which body to choose to help it achieve its highest life purpose. Entering the invisible world of the Five Element Consciousness Framework we're offered a way to nurture egg quality by helping the body attain a higher level of physical, emotional, and spiritual harmony. At the body level, high egg quality becomes a byproduct of strengthened Liver organ function and Kidney organ function. Grand Master Lu will discuss consciousness and spirit, how to apply the Five Element Consciousness Framework, share acupoints, and herbal recommendations.

Learning Objectives

1. Participants will analyze the relationship between the invisible world (Spirit) and the visible world (health).
2. Participants will apply 5 Element Consciousness to Liver and Kidney function.
3. Participants will learn acupoints for building egg quality.
