Description

The power of the healer’s mind in treating infertility and growing a healthy generation of children

The world beyond the mind is a reflection of your thoughts. Energetically, your mind spins a tale and that tale becomes the narrative of your reality. As a healer, your mind is everything when it comes to the journey of your patients. The stories of your mind create the energy that you bring to the healing relationship. This energy will significantly influence the patient’s outcome. And when those patients are facing infertility, what happens next is of central importance. The energy flow is amongst three participants – healer, parent, child. This means that your role as a healer is profoundly central. It has the power to make or break a child – literally, and figuratively.

As healers ourselves, we have seen first-hand the devastating impact that unresolved narratives and trauma can have on both parents and their children when infertility is part of the history. This seminar will discuss how you as the healer have the potential to change all of that if you first heal your mind.

What you will learn:

  • The power of the mind in our experience of “reality”;
  • What consciousness has to do with healing and parenting;
  • The role of parents and their own personal narratives when it comes to the raising up of the next generation;
  • How you as a healer in the area of infertility are perfectly positioned to bring all of these pieces together to absolutely ensure that the children of your patients are each given the very best possible chance.

Course outline:

  • Overview of consciousness, the mind, and our lived experiences;
  • Exploration of consciousness and parenting;
  • The three foundational keys to parenting so that children get the best possible chance (attachment focused, developmentally grounded, consciously informed);
  • What the healer’s mind has to do with all of this – grow yourself, grow your patients, and have them show up optimally to grow their children;
Gila Golub

Gila Golub is a counselor and creator of The Work of Gila Golub. Gila has supported thousands of clients through their “wake-up calls” of life using her unique multi-disciplinary approach. Born to parents who had fled Europe and the deprivations of the First World War, she grew up, traveled the world, and studied extensively. Eventually she married, built a house and had two children. Despite having the dream job, being married, having healthy, wonderful children, and a beautiful home, she found she was replicating some of the conditions of her childhood and sabotaging her life. In her process of overcoming patterns set during childhood, Gila drew on her own studies in order to heal her relationship with herself and with those around her.

Along the way she encountered many approaches that didn’t work, and eventually, some that did. She found teachers who taught her to change her perceptions, which had been formed by her early childhood experiences. By changing her perceptions, she changed her relationships from being terribly dysfunctional to peaceful and even very sweet. Along the way, the teacher within her emerged. She was called upon to discuss the knowledge she’d acquired through years of training, practice and study which have proven to be tremendously effective in guiding others through their struggles and suffering, to lives of fulfillment, health and prosperity. She has since created an acclaimed program of workshops, private sessions and group work. Gila has been married for thirty-nine years and her fabulous adult children have ventured forth into the world. She is all about legacy now, about helping parents doing their own work so that they can provide the kind of parenting that will free our children from the dysfunctions of the past.
